Contact Oklahoma Record Offices

This Is Not a Government Office. Oklahoma Court Records is a private reference site. We cannot retrieve official documents, file paperwork, accept court payments, or issue certified copies. Those services must come from the Oklahoma court, clerk, jail operator, or state agency that holds the record.

Need an Official Document?

Local county and city offices. Oklahoma has no single statewide Court Clerk address. District Court case files, probate records, marriage licenses, divorce decrees, and state-law traffic cases belong with the elected Court Clerk in the filing county. Municipal citations and city warrants remain with the issuing municipal court. County jail and local warrant information comes from the responsible sheriff, jail operator, or court. Use the Oklahoma county directory to identify the correct local route.

Statewide agencies. The Oklahoma Department of Corrections Offender Lookup covers people currently or formerly in state custody or supervision, not county jail rosters. OSBI CHIRP provides a paid Oklahoma criminal-history product, separate from a court case. Service Oklahoma driver records cover licensing history under privacy rules. The OSDH Office of Vital Records supplies birth and death certificates only; marriage and divorce copies remain with county Court Clerks.
